Position: iGaming Conversion/Retention Sales Agent with English
Location: Cyprus - South East Coast
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + commission
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote the company's products and service
- Contact potential customers to introduce iGaming services and assist with registration and deposits.
- Deliver tailored sales pitches to drive player conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing players to enhance engagement and loyalty.
- Monitor player behavior and provide personalized offers to boost retention.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Stay informed about iGaming trends to improve customer experiences and outcomes.
- Keep up to date with the financial markets
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Previous phone-based sales experience, from iGaming industry, is a MUST!
- Computer savviness
- Ability to work with deadlines & targets
- Management and mathematics skills
- Great objection-handling skills
- Availability to start/join with the short notice
