Join our Property & Engineering Team as an Administrative Assistant! In this role, you'll be the organizational backbone, helping to keep the operations of the department running smoothly and efficiently.
Your day to day will include:
- Following relevant policies, processes, and procedures to ensure consistent and controlled work
- Managing the Director's calendar and coordinating appointments with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Handling correspondence with external partners and vendors, such as banks and service providers, as directed by the Director
- Assisting the Director with team budget preparation and monitoring costs and budget utilization
- Providing daily administrative support, including office supplies, filing, expenses, travel arrangements, and call screening
- Maintaining and updating the team’s archive, including technical manuals, equipment specifications, warranties, and contracts
- Preparing reports and presentations as requested by the Director
- Recording team activities and requests in systems SAP/Salesforce
What you need to succeed:
- BSc in Business Administration or any other relevant field
- 1+ years of similar working experience in administrative roles
- Good knowledge of team processes and procedures
- Familiarity with OPAP products and operations
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Keen attention to detail and multitasking prowess in a fast-paced environment
- Very good communication skills both in English and Greek languages (written and oral)
- Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially Excel
