Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emergency calls from Spanish-speaking clients in need of roadside assistance
- Assess vehicle issues and provide effective solutions over the phone, including troubleshooting and coordinating towing services if necessary
- Maintain empathetic and clear communication, keeping customers informed throughout the assistance process
- Document all service calls and actions taken in accordance with company procedures
- Collaborate with local service providers and emergency services to ensure prompt and efficient assistance
- Strive for high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering reliable and quick support
- Stay updated on company policies, roadside assistance procedures, and local regulations to provide informed support
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Greek is advantageous
- Previous experience in customer service, emergency response, or automotive services is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer care
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time and tasks effectively
- Proficient with computer systems and digital communication tools
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
