Ayvens Hellas Flex Operations Team is looking for new colleague at our Athens office to join our team.
Flex Operations Agent (Fixed Term) is an essential member of Ayven’s Flex Operations team as you will be the brand ambassador providing the fastest, easiest and most valued experience to our customers. This team member provides world class customer service and sells products and services, professionally and effectively in order to meet customer’s needs. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing helpful, quality service, while enhancing the customer’s rental experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide world class customer service by managing the rental process (reservation, rental agreement, handling during & after the rental) in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Respond to all requests which are logged in the CRM system or being addressed via incoming calls and emails in timely manner.
- Allocates the right vehicle to the reservation according to customer’s needs and Ayvens' cost.
- Creates transfer request into our CRM and handles the process end to end.
- Complete administrative tasks including daily lists to assist the department.
- Communicate via telephone and email in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Drive continuous improvement by communicating customer feedback to team and engaging in action planning to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns professionally using effective customer service techniques.
- Closely cooperate with Flex Operations Manager and provide insight into client’s needs, improvements to ensure high quality service along with all required data and information to increase customer experience and minimize operating cost.
- Operate within defined Ayvens methodologies, challenge existing processes and act in order to constantly improve related process, considering the appropriate KPI’s.
- Monitor Complaint Handling process and ensure timely resolution of client’s complaints.
- Meet all agreed SLAs and KPIs both internal and external (SLAs with Commercial department, Operations department, CLS, DSS).
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor Degree.
- High School Diploma.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Excellent Customer Service skills. Experience in car rental services will be considered an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer oriented.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Be able to divert pressure and keep calm under stressful conditions.
- Ability to provide a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English - verbal and written.
- Have an eagerness to take the initiative and to take on new opportunities and tough challenges. Do it with high-energy and enthusiasm.
- Gain the confidence of others by acting with integrity, showing consistency, be credible, be honest and authentic.
- Build formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization.
