SCP Academy, a leader in professional development and educational seminars, is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team in Limassol. This role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about driving sales, engaging with clients, and promoting our training programs.
About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for actively reaching out to potential and existing clients to promote our training services. You will manage client communications, build training groups based on client needs, and ensure our offerings meet client expectations. This role provides an opportunity to develop your sales skills in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to new and existing clients to promote SCP Academy’s training programs via phone, email, and other channels.
- Build and manage groups for training sessions by identifying client needs and aligning them with our offerings.
- Handle inquiries from prospective clients, providing information on our training programs and addressing any questions.
- Track client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and increase seminar attendance.
- Attend networking events and seminars to represent SCP Academy and expand our client base.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to client engagement and training organization.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Greek and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software.
- Organized, with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (optional).
