We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager who is passionate about email marketing and marketing technology and eager to grow in the field of email marketing and automation.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Create emails and landing pages for email campaigns using email and landing page builder tools (no coding is required)
- Manage and execute blast email campaigns and triggered communications
- Develop new nurturing campaigns and maintain existing ones to improve their performance
- Create and manage Marketo programs for various marketing channels and enable its tracking and synchronization with SFDC and other tools
- Handle lists uploads for marketing campaigns
- Prepare, analyze, and present performance reports to management and stakeholders, offering data-driven insights and recommendations
- Contribute to setting and achieving team and company goals and deliverables
- Follow established processes and frameworks using Wrike as a company’s work management tool
You will achieve your best if you have
- 2+ years of marketing experience and a desire to grow in the field of email marketing/automation
- 1+ years experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo, HubSpot, MailChimp, etc.
- Understanding the metrics of email marketing campaigns and ability to analyze email performance
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing methods to optimize email campaigns
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Capable of working independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Good project and program management skills
- Experience with customer segmentation techniques
You will stand out with
- Experience with other marketing operations-related tools (CRM, QA systems, mobile notification platforms, email builders, CMS systems etc.)
- Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email compliance regulations
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus
