Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, is seeking Sales Consultants to join their team in Nicosia (Latsia/Kennedy).
The ideal candidate
The selected individual will be responsible for excellent customer service and needs analysis, preparing quotations, processing orders, and continuously monitoring them until the final invoicing/sale.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service, prepare quotations, and oversee the entire process up to the final sale, including post-sale support (after-sales).
- Monitor orders and promptly resolve any issues that may arise.
- Support store setup, organization, and any required changes (*note: these changes may occasionally take place outside regular working hours).
- Step in and replace the Cashier/Receptionist when needed.
- Follow the instructions of the Supervisor and maintain smooth collaboration with other team members.
- Monitor competition, collect data, and submit recommendations to the Supervisor.
- Participate in training programs relevant to their duties.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Manager.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Greek
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Greek is essential

Working Days and Hours:
- 6 days / 38 hours per week – Shift-based schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (09:00 – 18:30 / 19:00)
- Wednesday (09:00 – 17:00)
- Saturday (09:00 – 17:00)
