Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, the largest technology and entertainment chain in Cyprus, is looking to hire a Payroll Specialist in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
· Overseeing the entire payroll process, ensuring monthly reports are accurate and payments are made on time
· Managing the timekeeping system to ensure accurate salary calculations
· Addressing and resolving payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies from employees
· Handling payroll-related administrative tasks, including the calculation of overtime, deductions, working hours, absences, and sick leave
· Performing additional HR administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager
Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a payroll position, ideally in the retail sector
· Bachelors’ Degree will be considered an advantage
· Very good planning, organizational and follow up skills
· Analytical and numerical abilities
· Being familiar with HR Administration processes (public authorities, employment legislation)
· Very Good command of the Greek and English language
· Computer literate with very good knowledge of Payroll software, MS Office (proficiency in Excel)
