WE ARE LOOKING FOR
AlchemyTech is looking for an IT Administrator to join our international team.
As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting various IT systems and networks.
In more detail, the IT Administrator will be responsible to:
- Provide first-level IT support to employees (onsite/remote). Serve as a first point of contact for IT-related queries, playing a significant role in resolving technical issues.
- Provide second-level IT support to employees (onsite/remote). Address complex technical issues, manage network diagnostics,and support the server environments.
- Manage IT inventory and assets, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
- Handle employee onboardings and offboardings.
- Log and track requests using the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and escalation of IT-related problems.
- Assist on configurations/implementations in IT systems/tools. Ensure compliance with company IT policies, such as user access and security protocols.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct manager and/or the Management.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with modern office productivity tools.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology and/ or any other related field.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide technical support to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with financial markets and trading operations will be considered as an advantage.
