Navigating the position: Account Manager
Set Sail with Our Sales Team! 🌊
We're on the lookout for a passionate sales professional to navigate revenue. Your mission: up-sell, cross-sell, and reel in new customers for our top-tier maritime solutions.
Work closely with ship owners, ship managers, crewing agencies, and training institutes. Maritime industry experience is a plus.🌟

Drive Revenue Growth: Be a key player in boosting our revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and acquiring new customers.
Strategize for Success: Develop and implement tailored growth strategies for your accounts.
Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive company directives and growth plans.
Build Strong Relationships: Maintain and nurture healthy client relationships to boost customer retention.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with market developments that impact our business sectors.
Represent Us: Be a company ambassador at trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.
Travel the World: Travel estimated at 30-50 days/year, taking you to exciting destinations
🚢 Recommended to bring on board:
Required Knowledge:
- 5 years in sales or account management.
- Maritime industry experience, including commercial shipping or navy.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proven international and multicultural leadership/sales skills with a successful sales track record.
- People management experience.
Desirable Knowledge (nice to have):
- Degree in international business (not mandatory).
- Ex-seafarer experience (advantageous but not mandatory)
