Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced B2B Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with our business clients, driving revenue growth, and enhancing client satisfaction through our cutting-edge payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the payment processing industry.
- Conduct software demos to potential clients to showcase the capabilities and benefits of paytech’s solutions.
- Gain a deep understanding of paytech’s products and services to effectively communicate and promote them to clients.
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle from negotiation to renewal, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
- Oversee the preparation and management of invoices and ensure timely payments and dispute resolution.
- Manage client projects from initiation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Conduct strategic meetings, business reviews, and quarterly updates to align client needs with our services.
- Provide consultative recommendations based on performance metrics and market trends.
- Upsell additional products to existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical and support departments, to address client challenges and deliver effective solutions.
- Maintain responsibility for all commercial matters related to your accounts.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the fintech sector, with payment processing experience preferred.
- Fluent in English and Russian, capable of managing communications and documents in both languages.
- Strong background in payment gateways, with expertise in handling enterprise-level merchants.
- Excellent negotiation, consultative selling, and customer management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and strong data analytics capabilities.
- Solid understanding of the payments industry, including alternative payment methods, card processing, fraud prevention, and omnichannel solutions.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and internal teams.
