Spotware Systems is seeking to hire an experienced and data-driven Product Manager (Research & Experiments) with a passion for analytics, metrics, and optimizing customer journeys. In this role, you will own the product lifecycle and lead initiatives to improve customer engagement, retention, and conversion rates. Your expertise in understanding user behavior and translating insights into actionable strategies will directly impact the product’s growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Defining and managing the product vision, goals, and roadmap focused on user journey optimization and growth
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on business impact and customer insights
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive analytics framework to monitor KPIs, user engagement, and conversion rates
- Partnering with data teams to build dashboards, reports, and predictive models that inform decision-making
- Using data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges across the user lifecycle
- Mapping, analyzing, and improving the end-to-end customer journey to reduce friction points
- Defining and executing experiments (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to validate hypotheses and improve funnel performance
- Collaborating with UX/UI teams to enhance user experience based on data-driven insights
- Acting as a bridge between engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to align efforts and deliver impactful features
- Leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and ensuring timely delivery of features aligned with customer journey goals
- Presenting key metrics, experiment results, and strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
- Clearly articulating the “why” behind initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on data-driven decision-making and customer journey optimization
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager with focus on mobile applications
- Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, uxcam), A/B testing frameworks
- Clear understanding of key metrics: Customer Journey, Engagement, Growth, Funnel and Optimization Metrics
- Understanding of the whole CustDev process
- Understanding and experience of how to conduct competitive analysis
- Analytical thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate data into actionable insights
