We are looking for an experienced Head of HR to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, develop and manage HR functions.
- Sustain and foster a corporate culture that promotes high employee engagement and retention.
- Design training and professional development programs, and manage career growth plans.
- Optimize and standardize HR processes, monitoring the market to enhance the compensation and benefits package.
- Improve HR analytics.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role.
- Strong understanding of all HR areas, including training, development, compensation and benefits management, and internal communications.
- Proven experience in team leadership with the ability to motivate and develop professionals.
- Excellent communication skills, with the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and growing company.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- English proficiency level B2 or above.
