General Responsibility
The Corporate Administrator will assist in the delivery of corporate services and liaison services for offshore companies. This includes new sales, document orders, onboarding of additional services, transfer in/out, terminations, filing of changes to the Registry and other offshore jurisdiction related enquiries.
Responsibilities
- Perform all corporate services functions in relation to a designated portfolio of companies (as outlined in Trident’s procedural guidelines)
- Liaise with clients, law firms, government offices, courier service providers, Registry of Corporate Affairs, intermediaries, marketing professionals and other interested parties to ensure client instructions are performed efficiently and accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by adhering to Trident’s established core values: responsiveness, attention to detail, personalized service and reliability
- Maintain relevant, up-to-date knowledge, and a clear understanding and application of applicable legislation, processes and policies
- Respond promptly and effectively to service inquiries, concerns and complaints from clients and Trident Group offices
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in a business-related field or extensive experience in the Corporate or Fiduciary Services Industry
- Considerable knowledge of the workings of the Registry of Corporate Affairs
- Considerable knowledge of the BVI Business Companies Act and ancillary legislation
- Fluency in English Language (Both verbal and written)
