Responsibilities

Monitor and moderate user-generated content on a leading social media platform, ensuring compliance with community guidelines
Review posts, comments, and messages in Italian, assessing their appropriateness and relevance
Identify and report instances of policy violations, such as hate speech, misinformation, and harassment
Engage with users by responding to inquiries and providing clarity on moderation policies
Work collaboratively with the moderation team to share insights and enhance moderation strategies
Maintain comprehensive records of moderation actions and assist in monitoring content trends

Requirements

Fluency in Italian with strong written and verbal communication skills
