Job Description
We are currently working on preparing the infrastructure for the launch. That's why we are beginning the hiring process for a growing product team with a background in a leading digital bank in Russia. Hapic is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Collect business needs, gather, analyze, formalize, and coordinate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Study technical and integration documentation, as well as legal documents.
- Participate in testing sessions with business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects and system analysts on system enhancements.
- Report the status of tasks and projects, presenting data visually.
- Understand and track all risks and interdependencies with other teams and projects.
- Identify gaps and ways of process optimization.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a product team in a FinTech or IT company.
- A university degree in Information Technology/Computer Science with exposure in Finance/Accounting automation projects, or a degree in Finance/Accounting/Mathematics with exposure to technology system implementation or others similar
- Previous involvement in implementation, development, or enhancement projects based on client-server software in a similar role.
- Experience in conducting research, collecting, formalizing, and analyzing software development requirements.
- Ability to develop detailed functional and technical specifications, as well as user interface prototypes.
- You know how to work with Scrum, Kanban, or other IT methodologies
- Knowledge of APIs
- Familiarity with UML diagrams and BPMN
- Based on knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Experience working with Atlassian products
- Ability to strike a balance between software quality and implementation deadlines
- You can independently complete tasks and quickly grasp new systems and processes.
