BettingJobs is working with our client, a leading live games and casino operator, as they embark on launching an exciting new iGaming brand. They are searching for an experienced Head of CRM to join their team in Limassol.
As the Head of CRM your main responsibilities will include developing and executing innovative CRM strategies to engage, retain, and grow the player base and crafting personalised campaigns that drive player loyalty and reactivation. You will also build a team underneath you in the CRM department.
The successful candidate will have prior gambling experience with a strong understanding of casino operations and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative CRM strategies to engage, retain, and grow our player base
- Craft personalized campaigns that drive player loyalty and reactivation
- Analyse player data to optimise and improve CRM performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, payments, VIP) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
- Monitor the performance of all CRM activities and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 2-3 years of CRM admin or technical role experience in the casino industry.
- Proficiency in casino-tailored CRM software.
- Strong understanding of casino operations and compliance.
- Technical skills for casino-specific troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of database management and player data analytics.
- Familiarity with CRM customisation and automation in a casino context.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
