🔍The role:
The Compliance Officer will be responsible for a day-to-day activity related to Compliance matters and to assist the members of the Compliance team to fulfil the group’s regulatory obligations. This person will handle a variety of tasks and assist in maintaining the accuracy of compliance records such as trainings, policies, correspondence, reports, procedures, manuals etc.

- Provide assistance to members of the Compliance team to fulfil the group’s regulatory obligations.
- Review, approve, and monitor marketing communication for compliance with regulations.
- Perform reviews in accordance with the group compliance risk assessment and monitoring program to assess the group’s compliance with its legal and regulatory obligations.
- Assist in the implementation of the Compliance Monitoring Program by carrying out compliance reviews and checks.
- Work closely with other departments and local Compliance Officers to ensure continued compliance.
- Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements and changes across all operating or potential jurisdictions.
- Ensure the company’s full compliance with all applicable regulations and local laws.
- Monitor sales calls for compliance with marketing regulations and prepare phone call inspection reports.
- Assist the Compliance team with updating policies and procedures of the Company.
- Assist the Compliance team in the preparation of reports aimed to be provided to the Board of Directors and the Senior Management.
- Assist in maintaining the accuracy of compliance records, tests, training materials, logs, correspondence, reports, procedures, forms, policies, programs, and manuals.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all compliance-related activities, decisions, and reports.
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for audits or inspections.
- Perform any other compliance-related tasks that may be assigned.
🎯 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a university in Law/Finance/Economics/Business or related field.
- 1+ years’ experience within the CFDs/Forex industry working in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong multitasking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to work on own initiative, independently, prioritize workload and pay attention to details.
