Candidate Profile:
. Culinary degree or equivalent experience in pastry arts is preferred.
. Proficient in various baking techniques and pastry preparation.
. Creative flair for developing new dessert recipes and presentation styles.

Duties and Responsibilities:
. Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts according to established recipes and presentation standards.
. Ensuring quality, taste, and presentation are maintained.
. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to plan and execute dessert menus for events and daily operations.
. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques and flavor profiles into dessert offerings.
. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station and kitchen equipment.
