We are looking for a detail-oriented individual, for the position of Junior Funding/Payments Officer to add to our dynamic growing team.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Processing Financial Transactions: Manage deposits, withdrawals, transfers.
- Handling Daily Withdrawals: Ensure daily withdrawals are processed accurately.
- PSP Handling: Monitor and communicate with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) for funding transactions.
- Daily Communication with Banks and PSPs: Maintain daily communication with banks and PSPs regarding funding transactions.
- Monitor Failed Transactions: Dealing and addressing failed transactions.
- Investigation of Suspicious Cases: Investigate and resolve suspicious cases.
- Client Communication: Reply to client emails regarding funding queries or proof of payments.
- Coordination with relevant teams: Assist front office functions with any funding-related queries.
- Daily Reconciliation: Reconcile transactions across various platforms, providers, and systems.
- Manual Bonuses: Process manual bonuses for clients.
Work Experience / Knowledge:
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar position involving payments and Payment Service Providers (PSPs) is advantageous.

- Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

- Working hours: Ability to work on weekly rotating shifts (08:00-16:00 and 16:00-00:00), with the possibility of occasional night shifts (00:00-08:00) as needed for operational demands. Currently, night shifts are not required, but flexibility is essential.
