WE ARE LOOKING FOR
FXIFY is looking for a UI/UX & Frontend Developer to join our international marketing team.
In more detail, the UI/UX & Frontend Developer will be responsible to:
- Lead the design process, contributing ideas and creating artwork aligned with the overall briefs.
- Prepare rough drafts, key visuals, user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to align the team on design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Design engaging user interfaces for digital platforms, including websites, apps, and interactive experiences.
- Use tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop to develop concepts, graphics, and layouts, considering font styles, image selection, readability, and user needs.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs, troubleshooting any UX or responsiveness issues.
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins, integrating third-party APIs as needed.
- Utilize modern CSS development techniques (Flexbox, Grid, responsive design) to create visually appealing and functional web layouts.
- Apply a solid understanding of JavaScript (React or Vue) to enhance WordPress integrations.
- Optimize websites for SEO and performance, using testing tools such as Lighthouse and PageSpeed Insights.
- Manage frontend performance and layout adjustments based on user feedback, ensuring consistent user experience across platforms.
- Work with version control systems (Git), task runners, and build tools (Webpack, Gulp, Vite) to streamline development processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design and frontend development.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer and Frontend developer, with a portfolio showcasing at least a few different projects.
- Expert knowledge and practical experience in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaborative design.
- Proficiency in other wireframe tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision is a plus.
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator, for graphic design tasks (custom illustrations).
- Experience with motion and animation tools such as Adobe After Effects, Principle, and Lottie, as well as libraries like GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform) for advanced web animations.
- Strong understanding of design systems and style guides for consistency across digital products.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design approach.
- Professional working knowledge of WordPress.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS (jQuery and vanilla JS - React is a plus).
