Overall Purpose of The Job
- To maintain up-to-date statutory financial records for the entity and produce the regulatory filings timely and accurately.
- To assist the Finance Manager in the preparation of financial information requested by the Group Reporting Manager, Financial Controller, Business Unit finance team.

- Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
- Provide and review regulatory filings which may be required during legal and financial due diligence
- Preparing financial statements as required and submitting them to the Directors and relevant authorities in accordance with the local regulations on a timely basis.

Essential
- Qualified Accountant, either ACA, ACCA, ICAS or CIMA
- Demonstrated experience and skill with financial reporting preparation (statutory and regulatory filings) and proven ability to translate technical financial data into informative reports.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office programs, particularly Excel.
- Effective verbal and written communication, multi- tasking, organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent oral and written English skills required
- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting deadlines
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience in Audit and Accounting organisations/practices
- Ability to work effectively with an ethnically diverse team
- Ability work and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment
