Azul’s expansion in Europe, particularly our new office in Cyprus, has created a need for a highly organized and energetic Office Operations Manager in our Limassol, Cyprus office.
Reporting to the Director, Engineering, you will lead efforts in organizing the office as an excellent place to work, enjoyable for employees and attractive for incoming visitors and candidates. In a role of Office Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth partnership with colleagues and stakeholders and satisfying office needs.

This role is based in Limassol, Cyprus.
What You’ll Do (aka Responsibilities)- Monitoring, projecting and forecasting needs of the office and employees
- Co-ordination of paperwork and registries between site lead, employees, IT, accounting and legal departments
- Taking care of Office Rent, Medical Insurance, Office Cleaning contracts and interactions with other counterparties.
- Identifying weaknesses and opportunities in the office routines and ambience, making proposals of improvements and implementing them
- Creating and maintaining positive and friendly atmosphere for employees the office and remote workers
- Organizing corporate events
- Occasional assistance with visa, hotel and ticket assistance for employees
What You’ll Bring (aka Experience, Skills Education)- Bachelor’s or Master's degree
- 4+ years working in similar positions such as Secretary, Office Manager, Administrative Manager in at least 20+ people office.
- Prior experience working with local authorities and stakeholders
- Familiarity with using office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.) and software (MS Excel, MS Word, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills; English proficiency is required
