Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years in payments management, ideally in FX, FinTech, or financial services.
- Strong expertise in payment systems, PSPs, gateways, and cross-border transactions.
- Excellent data analysis skills and a results-oriented mindset for continuous process improvement.
- Proven leadership skills with a record of driving results in fast-paced environments.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic thinker capable of translating complex payment strategies into actionable plans.
- Proficiency with payment processing platforms and software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team focused on operational efficiency and strategic growth.
