Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat platforms
- Assist clients with inquiries about products and services, ensuring their needs are met effectively
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism, striving for positive resolutions
- Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up on open issues to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery
- Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends to provide relevant advice to clients
- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and service efficiency
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
