In this crucial role, you will act as the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking motorists requiring immediate roadside assistance. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emergency calls from Spanish-speaking clients needing roadside assistance
- Assess vehicle issues over the phone and provide clear instructions or coordinate necessary towing and repair services
- Communicate empathetically with customers, providing reassurance and keeping them informed throughout their emergency situation
- Document all customer interactions accurately in accordance with company protocols
- Collaborate with local service providers and emergency responders to facilitate timely and effective assistance
- Aim for high levels of customer satisfaction through reliable and efficient service delivery
- Stay informed about company policies, roadside assistance procedures, and local driving regulations to provide knowledgeable support
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of Greek is advantageous
- Previous experience in customer service, emergency assistance, or the automotive industry is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer care
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and communication technologies
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
