We are currently looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting our personnel with their administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls)
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Assist with projects and initiatives as assigned
- Assist in organizing workshops and events
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for staff when necessary
- Provide general information and support to clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Assist other departments with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Time management skills in prioritizing tasks and deadlines
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
