Responsibilities
- Manage emergency roadside assistance requests from Italian-speaking clients in a remote setting
- Evaluate client situations and dispatch appropriate services promptly and efficiently
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients from the initial contact through to resolution
- Document all service requests and actions taken in line with company standards
- Collaborate with local service providers and emergency responders to ensure timely assistance
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, striving to achieve high satisfaction ratings
- Keep informed about local regulations, company policies, and best practices in roadside assistance
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Greek is advantageous
- Experience in customer service or coordination roles, preferably in roadside assistance
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote work environment
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work independently and remain proactive while working from home
- Familiarity with CRM systems and emergency protocols is preferred
- Flexible availability to accommodate various schedules, including weekends if needed
