Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, manage orders, and resolve any concerns to ensure a positive experience
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to address customer needs effectively
- Stay up-to-date on our products and services to furnish accurate information to customers
- Document customer interactions thoroughly to enhance service delivery and resolve future inquiries
- Participate in regular training and team meetings to improve personal and team performance
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and assisting customers effectively
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with a comprehensive relocation package provided
