Position: Head of Finance
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Work Model: On-site
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CFO and departments on annual budgets and cost-saving measures
- Lead capital requests, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Provide strategic financial insights and support tax planning
- Oversee cash management, funding, and financial forecasts
- Assess counterparties, banks, and profitability of services
- Review financial statements and maintain banking relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Business, Accounting, or Finance (CFA a plus!)
- Fluent in English
- Strong experience in finance, ideally within financial intermediary firms
- Knowledge of IFRS and advanced MS Excel skills
- Leadership experience and excellent analytical abilities
