They are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Full Time Store Manager with great interpersonal skills, willing to work in a dynamic and engaging fashion environment.

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor store staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Lead by example, setting high standards in customer service and brand representation.
- Sales & Performance Management: Set and achieve sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and develop action plans to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure all clients receive exceptional service, creating an unforgettable luxury shopping experience that promotes brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation: Maintain the store’s visual and operational standards, ensuring that displays are impeccably presented in line with brand guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, product replenishment, and inventory accuracy. Coordinate with the regional team to ensure optimal stock flow and availability of key products.
- Store Operations: Manage daily operations, including scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and compliance with company policies. Ensure smooth and efficient running of the store in all aspects.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with VIP and repeat clients.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador in the market, representing the brand with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or high-end fashion.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving performance in a retail setting.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with luxury clientele.
- Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of luxury Italian craftsmanship and trends.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail in both operations and visual merchandising.
- Fluency in both Greek and English is required.
- Comfortable with retail management systems, CRM software, and MS Office.
