On behalf of our client, an international distributor in the FMCG industry, we are looking for an
International Sales Specialist to be based at their offices in
Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Creates and implements sales plans to drive international revenue growth in FMCG markets
- Conducts market research to identify growth opportunities, competitors, and industry trends
- Expands market share by developing partnerships, distribution networks, and alliances
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners
- Serves as the main contact for international customers, ensuring satisfaction and managing negotiations
- Travels extensively to meet clients, attends trade shows, and represents the company in target markets
- Manages international sales budgets and forecasts revenue and market penetration goals
- Ensures targets are met or exceeded
- Ensures to maintain confidentiality regarding the clients' details
- Prepares and presents reports on sales performance and market conditions
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field will be considered an advantage
- Previous experience in sales or business development will be considered an advantage
- Fluent in English in both verbal and written form
- Fluency in any additional language will be considered an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel abroad
