We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Recruitment and HR Specialist to join our dynamic HR team and play a key role in our organization’s growth. As an essential member of our team, you will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and be instrumental in our talent acquisition strategies while also managing daily HR tasks to enhance our employee experience.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop targeted headhunting strategies.
- Manage daily HR tasks, including onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management.
- Source, engage, and interview high-caliber candidates through headhunting techniques and networking.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions to support employee development and retention.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and plans tailored to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends to refine our talent acquisition strategies and headhunting practices.
- Contribute to our employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen our market presence.
Work Experience / Knowledge
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in recruitment, with a preference for candidates from the fintech industry.
- English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong networking abilities and expertise in candidate sourcing to attract top talent.
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering effective relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficient in utilizing advanced recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process.
- Track record of successfully delivering high-quality hires that align with organizational goals.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant HR or recruitment certifications are highly desirable.
Working hours (onsite working model):
Working hours consist of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (with 30-minute flexibility starting at 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.), including a 1-hour lunch break (12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.), subject to change based on operational needs.
