Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including telephone, email, and chat
- Assist in the translation and localization of company materials to meet the needs of the Italian market
- Engage professionally with clients to resolve inquiries and provide tailored solutions
- Document all client interactions accurately to ensure seamless service and follow-ups
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and service effectiveness

Requirements
