Responsibilities;
-Assist in developing and executing multi-channel CRM strategies through a data led approach, to help drive customer engagement and retention
- Monitor and optimise CRM campaigns and customer journeys to improve customer experience.
- Analyse Customer behaviours and assess impacts on key Business KPIs.
-Provide regular reporting and insight to necessary stakeholders focused on overall customer engagement, retention and business revenue.
- Segment customers based on behaviors to tailor offers and come up with effective campaigns and promotions aimed at maximizing overall performance, revenue and retention.
- Monitoring competitors to ensure our brands maintain best practices while remaining competitive.
- Collaborate across various departments to ensure cohesive promotions and offers that align with our overall business objectives.
Requirements;
- Proven CRM experience
- General understanding and knowledge of CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Analytical and technical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, to help drive strategic decision-making.
- Results-driven approach with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- High-level of English proficiency is required.
