REQ12083 Assistant, Training & Development (Open Date: 11/11/2024)
Position Summary
The Assistant, Training & Development, reports under the supervision of the Head of Training & Development. He/she is responsible to provide administrative and operational support within the Training and Development Department.
Primary Responsibilities
- Liaise and coordinate with BUs all training & development activities, training completions and follow-ups.
- Assists in the administration of external training requests.
- Manages and maintains in-house training facilities and equipment.
- Supports the planning and organising of training room bookings and allocations, preparation of training materials/equipment and room set-ups.
- Maintains training database, systems, and applications.
- Helps in designing and updating presentations including its creative aspects.
- Delivers training programs as assigned.
- Participates in cross-organisational projects and brainstorming as directed by the Head of Training and Development.
- Ensures that all required duties are performed on time, to achieve the approved training plans and timelines.
- Follow and implement HR policy and procedures
Qualifications
- A Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Gaming Management, or another relevant subject.
- Exposure in supporting training and development department is a factor but not a must.
- An HRDA trainer accreditation will be considered an advantage.
