Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding technical support to Spanish-speaking customers regarding our cloud services
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
- Guide clients in maximizing their use of our products and services
- Document all customer interactions and technical solutions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and share best practices
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product updates and industry standards
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in customer support or technical roles is advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach and ability to work well within a remote team
