Purpose of Role/Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Affiliate Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Affiliate programs, with a focus on optimization, compliance, and relationship management. This role is crucial for expanding our Affiliate network and ensuring the successful execution of our affiliate marketing strategy.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Negotiate terms and agreements with Affiliates to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
Provide Affiliates with necessary marketing materials and support to enhance their performance
Monitor and analyze Affiliate performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, and revenue generated
Monitor Affiliate traffic and activities daily to minimize fraud and prevent significant issues
Ensure all Affiliate activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Affiliate marketin
Identify, recruit and onboard new Affiliates to expand our Affiliate network
Attend Affiliate related expos and events to network and promote the company
Report regularly to the Head of Affiliate Department on the status and performance of Affiliate activities
Adhere to any requests that are related to the above points while upholding the company’s values (Ethics, Committed, Innovation) at the highest standards
Attend industry events in Cyprus and overseas
Any Other Duties relevant to the role
Required Skills & Experience:
2+ years experience in Affiliate marketing in the Forex, Affiliate Network or Gambling industry.
Familiarity with in-app traffic management is a plus.
Fluent in English and Russian
Proficiency in using AppsFlyer for campaign tracking and analysis is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain Affiliate relationships.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of additional language is an advantage
Familiarity with testing processes and fraud detection in Affiliate marketing.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.

- The role is in Limassol, Cyprus (applications accepted also from Jordan)
- Working hours are 08.30 – 17.30 Monday to Friday or as per the departmental flextime arrangement
