Spotware Systems is looking to hire a Senior QA Engineer to join our Windows team. The successful candidate needs to have a sharp eye for detail, and a strong understanding of software testing processes. He/she will work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure the delivery of top-quality software products.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with software development teams, analysts, and product managers to fully understand product specifications and customer requirements
- Planning and executing comprehensive manual tests, including but not limited to customer scenarios and performance testing
- Developing and maintaining detailed test plans, test cases, and checklists that cover all aspects of the product life cycle
- Tracking any software defects and identifying areas of improvement
- Ensuring the product aligns with the company's quality standards before release
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance position
- Desktop application QA experience
- Experience with QA tools (bug trackers, test plan software, etc)
- Experience with Windows OS, desktop applications
- Knowledge of methods and processes used in quality assurance of software programs
- Knowledge and skills in agile methodology
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Russian language and B1+ English level
