Challenges you’ll meet:
- Analyze the audience, market segments, and competitors;
- Define hypotheses for product offerings and messages for our target audience (TA);
- Test the concept fast & intensively to find out the new working concepts with an ROI target;
- Expand our value proposition into different niches and market segments;
- Plan and brief creative projects facilitate brainstorming sessions and set other required processes in the marketing creative stream;
- Develop best-in-class creative reporting and briefings with our production team;
- Test and analyze the performance of creatives daily;
- Work collaboratively with the product team to optimize acquisition funnels
Your professional qualities:
- Experience as a Marketing Creative Producer or in a similar role;
- Experience in a fast-growing company as well as experience in launching new products from scratch and further scale;
- Proven ability to generate creative concepts & ideas based on the latest market trends, user research & needs/paints understanding, market best practice;
- Proven ability to scale and optimize creative effectiveness for rapid company growth;
- Deep understanding of key metrics of success, including CTR, CPC, IPM, and CPA;
- A comprehensive grasp of distinct Meta-ads;
- In-depth understanding of the user journey, and end-to-end experience;
- Skilled in leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to inform and refine creative concepts;
- Proven ability to facilitate dynamic and productive creative brainstorming sessions;
- Proficient in developing and executing successful multi-touchpoint campaigns with a full-funnel perspective;’
Nice to have:
- Experience and expertise in owning paid user acquisition creative concepts and execution;
- At least Upper-intermediate English level;
- Experience in Video and UGC Content Creation;
- Experience with web & apps in Health & Fitness (B2C).
