Job Title: Global Financial Controller for Amber Beverage Group (sister company to Stoli Group)

Summary
Responsible for all aspects of financial planning & reporting, tax, treasury, governance & control, compliance & risk management across the ABG worldwide business. A key member of the global finance leadership team supporting the CFO to establish a world class Finance Function.

- Setting Group Accounting Standards & Policies
- Establish month end timetable & procedures in conjunction with Business Services Director
- Leading all management accounting activity including mission & budgeting, forecasting based upon SIOP outcomes, developing BPM trackers and analysis to comprehensively explain performance and implications
- Leading all financial accounting activity including audit processes and the issuance of the Published Annual Report
- Develop & implement tax & treasury approach for Stoli including transfer pricing, legal entity structures, hedging policy, cash management/forecasting & financing requirements
- Develop & implement Governance & Control standards & policies
- Develop & implement compliance & risk management approach for the business
- Lead & develop team of 11
- Lead the development & exploitation of key systems for Planning, Reporting & Group Consolidation.
Key Deliverables
- Clear planning timetables and processes, effective BPM trackers implemented with insightful analysis facilitating improved decision making to enhance performance of the business
- Consistent approach to all financial accounting/reporting across the business – month ends closed by WD 2 facilitating management reporting within the first week of each month
- Issuance of Published Annual Report for Stoli business each year within 3 months of year end finish – robust audit process in place to ensure this happens and operating efficiently at a reduced cost to today
- Cash managed robustly with suppliers paid on time, finance needs in place & appropriate for the business and dividends paid to the shareholder each year
- Hedging manages currency volatility appropriately & cost effectively
- Taxation position optimized and all inter-company transfer pricing matters resolved
- Governance & control embedded to support audit process and ensure assets are managed appropriately
Qualifications
- 10 years PQE with appropriate/recognized accounting qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA etc.)
- Multi-national experience & change leadership
