We are looking for iGaming industry professionals who love engaging with players and are extremely results oriented.
Being a native German speaker is a requirement for this role, and you must have at least 2 years' experience within igaming, of which one year must be within VIP Management for the German (DE) market.
Basic salary from €26,400-€42,000 depending on seniority
Up to €5K monthly KPI related bonuses
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with VIP clients via chat, email and phone
- Identify potential VIP clients
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with VIP clients
- Assess and resolve clients' issues
- Meet VIP players for streamed and live events
- Evaluate and provide feedback on various segments relating to KPI performance
- Meet or exceed KPI targets
- Take active part in developing and implementing VIP programs and initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- Native-speaker in German, both written and spoken
- Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- A minimum of 2 years experience of working within igaming, of which 1 year or more in VIP management
- 1+ year experience of working with VIP players active on the German (DE) market
