You will join a Technology team as a Trading Systems Developer, working with cutting-edge tech on impactful internal and external systems. Proficient in C# and SQL/T-SQL with experience in Message Queues, Sockets, and Web APIs. Bonus points for knowledge in Online Trading, Payment Systems, or Market Data. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain a variety of services and systems
- Identify and fix bugs and issues
- Follow best practices in software development
- Write efficient and high-performance code
- Work in an agile environment
- Build strong relationships with colleagues based on a foundation of trust and reliability
- Provide Level 3 support in the event of Production Incidents and Disaster Recovery tests
- Participate in production system design and in the resolution of incidents
- Refactor/rewrite code to increase quality and optimize performance
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in the technology stack utilized by the company
- Help drive technology adoption and upgrades
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- BSc/MSc/Diploma in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years in C# with .NET Framework and .NET Core
- 2+ years of SQL Server and T-SQL experience
- Strong in Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles
- Knowledgeable in Data Structures, multithreading, and synchronization
- Familiar with version control, ideally Git
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Highly numerate
- Background in Online Trading, FX, Equities, and Options
- Experience with pricing or payment systems
- Familiarity with FIX protocol, Signal-R, ZeroMQ, RabbitMQ, and Redis
- Experience with MT4 plugins
- Hands-on with WCF, C++, Python, Neural Networks, or TensorFlow
