Our client, in the Financial Industry, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join their team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will oversee the company’s IT operations to ensure optimal technology use to support the company's goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Oversee IT budgets, forecast technology needs, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to align technology initiatives with business priorities.
- Ensure the stable and efficient operation of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
- Manage and monitor system security and data protection to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.
- Oversee software deployment, updates, and licenses to maintain compliance and performance.
- Provide advanced support for IT issues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Develop and maintain IT support processes, ensuring efficient operations and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT management, project management, and systems security (at least 3 years)
- Knowledge of network administration, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
- Proficiency in IT budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
