Position Requirements- Working Hours: Full-time with fixed shifts and breaks according to Cypriot labor regulations.
- Languages: Advanced proficiency in Turkish and English or Greek and English is required.
Knowledge of all three languages is a plus.
- Experience: Over 5 years in Human Resources, ideally in international projects, with at least 2 years of recruitment experience in the Cyprus region.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with talent management tools and recruitment platforms, both local and international.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management in Cyprus:
- Collaborate in the initial phase of team formation and select local talent according to the project’s specific needs.
- Recruitment and Selection:
- Conduct full recruitment processes and develop strategies tailored to the local market.
- Collaboration with Management:
- Work closely with the project leadership team to meet recruitment goals within set timelines.
Selection Process- Stages: CV review, interviews (virtual or in-person), and additional assessments based on experience and required skills.
- Training: Specific training provided to align with the project’s objectives.
Compensation and Benefits- Salary: RMB 20,000 - 30,000 monthly (adjustable based on experience).
