The House of Mercier is excited to announce an opening for Italian Speaking IT Representatives to join our remote team in Greece. In this role, you will be essential in providing exceptional technical support to our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring they have a smooth and effective experience with our innovative IT products and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Document all customer inquiries and resolutions accurately within our support system
- Advise clients on best practices to maximize their use of our IT solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently
- Stay updated on product developments and technological advancements to enhance service quality
- Participate in continuous training to develop your technical skills and customer service abilities
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is essential
- Previous experience in IT support or customer service is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with IT support tools and help desk software is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- A proactive approach to learning new technologies and adapting to changes
