Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to high-end coffee machines
- Assist customers with product features, usage instructions, and maintenance guidance to ensure a superior coffee experience
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and document inquiries for future reference
- Work closely with the technical support team to address escalated issues and ensure timely resolution
- Stay updated on product knowledge, coffee trends, and brewing techniques to offer insightful advice to customers
- Strive to meet and exceed performance metrics focused on customer satisfaction and service speed
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the consumer goods or specialty coffee industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-oriented approach
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for coffee and coffee-making equipment are highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address customer inquiries and issues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a remote setting
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
