Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via email, phone, and live chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues associated with account management and streaming services
- Guide customers in navigating the platform's features to enhance their streaming experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions
- Stay updated on new features, content offerings, and updates related to the streaming service
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues as needed
- Gather customer feedback to assist in improving our service and platform usability
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in customer support is preferred, particularly in technology or video streaming sectors
