Your Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries related to car rentals and services
- Guide clients through the entire booking process, helping them select the right vehicle and addressing any questions
- Promptly resolve customer concerns and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction
- Document customer interactions accurately to aid in service enhancement initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and overall customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about rental offerings, local attractions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and engaging with customers
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
