As a remote customer support agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our esteemed Italian-speaking clients. Your role will be to assist them with their inquiries regarding our exquisite jewelry collections, ensuring each interaction is personalized and memorable.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding products and facilitate a seamless shopping experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Work closely with your team to drive customer satisfaction and enhance service delivery
- Participate in continuous training to enhance your expertise in luxury jewelry and our offerings
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian is required; proficiency in English is advantageous
- Genuine enthusiasm for luxury jewelry and a dedication to delivering excellent customer service
